I bought two pairs of Vans for work and Ash the manager had exceptional customer service. She did such an amazing job and hopefully the Vans manager will read this and give her game tickets or something. Outstanding customer service and great products at a fair price

I don’t really understand all the bad reviews, i went on two separate occasions and both times the employees were extremely helpful and kind. The manager even hooked me up with a deal due to the vans anniversary on a shoe that had just came out. Everything was super easy and super helpful. This is now my main vans store to go to.

I enjoyed shopping at Vans. Like the variety of clothing and shoes. The thing that I dislike is not enough sales people to assist you ( store owner really need to hire more people); the space is too small. When in line to purchase you are standing in the walkway which is nerve wracking. I must say though the sales staff was quite friendly and did their best to assist you. They just look overworked. I purchasd a pair of checker black and white vans shoe for a gift.

Told me my order was ready. I went to pick it up and they said it was gonna be ready in an hour. Fine I waited around just for them to cancel the order 30 mins later because they didn’t have the shoe size. Why even tell me you have my order ready over the phone in the first place. Wasted my time and didn’t do anything about it. Don’t go to this location.

Store was very busy. Called and was able to place some shoes on hold. The line was very long. Went straight to the front counter to get the shoes I had on hold they was very quick bringing my shoes out. My daughter tried the shoes on and did not have to stand in line twice. And my exchange was very quick and simple. Staff was very nice after the Christmas rush

Clean store, employees are very helpful. Used my coupons to save $50 and paid $95 for 4 pairs of toddler shoes(received the $25 coupons from previous purchases from months before). I'm a happy customer.

Overall experience was awesome! They have a huge selection on just about any Vans that you could think of, then most places in Colorado I have ventured too. The shoes I purchased brought back memories of my skater days. I would definitely recommend this store to others. Satisfied Customer.
