Went there to pick up, not knowing what to expect, waited for over 4 hours because everything was hand stacked on the floor. Shipper, if you know when I walk in the door an approximate wait time tell me, I can plan accordingly, take a nap, walk to a nearby store for food or get other time consuming things I have to do done but waiting expecting at anytime to be done shows your lack of respect for us who pick up and ship your products. Without us, your jobs go away. Get a clamp lift and hand stack the spaces in the middle.

Management is awful. How is this plant surviving? I am guessing PPP, COVID funds, ETC.... Anyway good the folks making money while they can.

They will load you everything on the floor by hand...Expect long wait but they are good people.
