Best pharmacy I've ever dealt with in my life. I am disabled senior citizen and they go above and beyond. Thank God they do deliver in my senior building and the delivery people are very kind and go way out of their way God bless them🥰

Pharmacist Jyoti is extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Dedicated to serving customers. Prompt and pleasant on the phone too.

After much calling around I found Valley is the only one to help with DME (Durable Medical Equipment) in our area. Walgreens RiteAid ShopRite Goodall don’t have Medicare contracts any more even though Medicare customer care gave me their names and numbers to me.

Jyoti took care of this issue promptly bringing my frustrated calling around to an end. I plan to switch my other medications to Valley

The staff at Valley Pharmacy are extremely helpful and patient. Today my wife got a 4 wheel walker. She needed to get an electronic prescription sent from the doctor. We tried to contact the doctor's office with no luck. The lady that helped us said she would contact the doctor. A few minutes later she had taken care of getting the necessary paper work and expiditing the process. She was so caring and GREAT in every way. And the young man that helped with the walker and made copies of the paperwork was also extremely pleasant to work with.

I would give them 10 Stars! This is a great place! I have been going to this pharmacy for almost 25 years! The staff is wonderful, super helpful. If they dont have something you need, they get it. I've always been impressed with everyone here!

Be aware that if you schedule a PCR test a few days in advanced, drive 45 minutes because tests are hard to come by... there's the chance you'll get a call 5 minutes before your appointment to be told "we are canceling PCR tests today"

Unprofessional. When asked why the store didn't tell us we were just told "well they don't know yet. This was a last minute thing"

Being symptomatic and relying on covid tests to go back to life and marking out your schedule, driving, only to be told "oh well you can come another time this week" is frustrating.

I am always impressed with the staff at Valley Pharmacy. They never judge and their always courteous and caring. I've moved from Roxbury to Mt. Olive and I continue to use Valley Pharmacy. It's the best!!
