I purchased a dishwasher from Charles. He was very respectful and did a great job teaching me about the options. I have bought several pieces of furniture here. Charles even drove to Pima to deliver some parts they forgot to include. I had the that day. This is a great store run by great people!

Great sales person, Charles. But the chair took about 12 weeks for delivery instead of 6 to 8, and that was flexsteel not valley furniture. Overall good experience.
