My dad bought me a hat from this little shop as a gift paid around 200 dollars. He didn't know if the hat would fit so he asked if the hat could be exchanged in case it didnt fit. They said it wasn't a problem. I tried the hat which didn't fit, put the hat back in the box and went to exchange my new hat for the correct size. When I arrived the workers greeted me very nicely and told me they could exchange it. Then a male worker walks over inspects the hat and measures it. At this point I don't really know what's going on so I wait then he asks me if I tried cutting it. I was super confused because I didn't even know you could cut cowboy hats or why somebody would choose to cut 1. Long story short the guy accused us of tampering/cutting the hat which is 100% a lie I told him we wouldn't do that and he said they wouldn't sell a hat like that. We'll they did. We had no use for the hat because it's the wrong size so we left it there no refund or exchange. Beware when buying merchandise here make sure you inspect them thoroughly because they 100% sell defective products. I'm all about supporting small businesses but with this experience here I suggest going to I well known store or directly from manufacturer website. You continue to lie I never yelled at anybody post the video. Of course I was upset. You accused me of tampering with the hat that you sold me exactly the way I took it back. You offered to fix it I said why would I want to fix a hat that doesn't fit me. We left it there to prove a point. If I was trying to hustle you why would I leave the product behind? Wouldn't be surprised if you find it and resold it

The western wear store or my dreams! We were shopping for a desert trip and found everything we needed. Their selection is amazing, I could spend all day here. This would be my first stop next time I’m in the area. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well.
