Thus far everything is great here. Only the hours need to be a little longer but other than that. The staff I have met are super friendly and helpful. The storage lockers are normal as any other storage facilities and they have numerous lockers to pick from. Price is a little high but then again I am the one who chose them they didn't choose me. Obtaining a unit was like checking into any hotel. It only took less than 5 minutes from beginning to end.
So just to clarify this. There has not been any issues with any locker nor have I heard of any problems such as rodents. The place from front to back and from side to side in and out of units are very very clean. The maintenance man sweeps all the halls and all the roads every single day that I've seen thus far and I have been there every morning for past 6 mornings since I opened my account with them.
The two staff members I've met are friendly and very helpful. So I would like to say Thank you to the two and keep up the good work.

Friendly staff they always go the extra mile to help you out. Units are very large and they don't raise the rent every other month like alot of the other places. In fact their rates are very reasonable. My only complaint is that the gate hours could be longer. Other than that I have had my unit for several years now and I am very happy with the U - Store on Front St in Lake Forrest.

It's a NICE place to storage some things that are overstock at home. Unfortunately they have rodents and they byte any container that might have something in the interior if it's liquid, spills all over the place you are renting.
