Prices are ok but shop is very dirty, especially the changing room

Few weeks back when we visited here, the store manager closed trail rooms one hour prior to store closing. Other stores were allowing even 5 mins before. I bought one short without trying and it is is not fitting. I need to travel one hour to return it. Not worth to travel. So I had to keep it.

Terrible! The guy working there today Monday July 17th 2023 decided to take a break from 7-8 and then close at 8 when they were supposed to close at 9pm. Multiple people waiting for over an hour that’s just rude

U.S Polo - Jersey Shore outlet location -The most rude manager or cashier I ever see in my life - very aggressive and refused to let the cashier split the merchandises in two bags- I told her that I can pay for extra bag if needed and that it’s a gift for two different people overseas, so I’ll need to split them and that the cashier who is ringing the merchandises was okay with it! she said do you know how many people said the same thing and then come back and steal!!!!!! I was like excuse me I told her that she is out of line and that I’ll report that!!

Collection is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only 1 out of 3 trail room was operational the day I visited.

Great deals on alot of clothing , very nice selection, I bought three shirts for my four year old and two we're $5 each and a dressy one was $10 , very nice store associate as well.

Online it says it closes at 9 PM on Saturdays and it really closes at 8 pm .. doors were locked and associate told me that they were closed today at eight
