I was just in Urbano and I was incredibly happy with my experience. Never have I entered a store that goes to such lengths to make sure that their costumers are comfortable. The hat man (I think his name is Yosef) is really helpful and knows his stuff. And he is not the only one- the entire staff were super professional and effective. Can’t remember the last time I had such a productive shopping trip. Classy merchandise, friendly workers, and all around a five star experience. Shout out to chez, who was well-dressed and relatable! Truly a one-of-a-kind store,that you’re guaranteed to leave with a feeling of fulfillment, quality goods, and a big smile on your face! Everything I read about it online was true! Its reputation just speaks for itself!!

P.S. this guy yitzchok really knew the styles and trends, and was really helpful when deciding which clothing to get. And you can’t find a nicer, more honest guy than Avi, the store owner and manager (he also has an unparalleled sense humor😂).

They have everything from pants and shirts to full suits and Borsalino hats. A huge selections of shirts and pants, with a variety of brands to choose from. They also offer cleanings and reshaping for black hats as well as some sleek looking travel boxes. Overall if you need anything for mens clothing head over to Urbano & Borsalino in the Brookhaven Mall.

I recently visited Urbano, and I was beyond impressed with my experience! Urbano is the only place I would shop for Men's attire. Good service, clean and organized, wide selection of everything you need suits, shirts, hats, hat boxes, blazers, pants, belts, ties, socks, sweaters, cufflinks, coats, hat brushes, polo shirts, collar stays and the list goes on. Yitzchok is the person to ask for, he knows style. Urbano is the place to go 100%.

Had a fantastic experience at Urbano and Borsalino in Passaic. The staff is incredible—super helpful, patient, and really know their stuff. I went in to buy white shirts and they didn’t have any open shirts for me to try on to confirm size.
I am a size 18 which is a pretty common size. He wouldn’t open one for me to try one on and said that I couldn’t return it or exchange it if it didn’t fit even if I didn’t leave the store with it.

Aisle One's men's clothing store does not disappoint, and the shopping center's stellar reputation is only strengthened by this excellently run establishment. Besides being the only store in a significantly large radius that retails Borsalino hats, they also carry a respectable selection of quality suits, shirts, and other items to stock a man's wardrobe, with prices and customer service to match.
