This place is awesome. I am not one for thrifting because it takes so much work to find something good, but this place is clean and has amazing items at reasonable prices. Every time I come in I find a new item that I love.On top of that, the service is great. I was not charged for an item and tried calling to pay for it and she told me to keep and enjoy. Honestly this place is top of the line in both service and product. I would recommend this place to anyone and have made it my go to for shopping! Thank you guys for being the best ?

I LOVE this store! It’s my favorite thrift store ever. I no joke go weekly. I always find gems. I have never gone and not found at least one thing I liked. This place doesn’t disappoint!

Talk about a Treasure Box. I came upon this phenomenal Gem while in search of something else. Alas, funny that when in search of one fashion staple, you can all too often come upon another.
As I previously stated, I came upon a Gem. That Gem is embodied in Uptown Cheapskate Gilbert. That Gem is in the variety and quality and superb prices of Uptown’s treasures’. That Gem is embodied within the culture that is very clearly evident at the Gilbert location, and it starts at the Top, and most certainly trickles down to the very Awesome Staff. I make that statement with firsthand experience. It was a most outstanding display of professionalism and leadership. Allow me to expand……. while checking the racks, I find a gorgeous staple. I’m trying the jacket on at the mirror, and to the best of my recollection, make a bit of conversation with a woman to my right, Aleisha. I get the impression that this woman is a Manager- strong, bold, intelligent, hard working, open, engaging. Her awesome degree of openness allowed me to spaz out at her nails. I observed them and swooned, as I do my own at home, and value seeing others for inspiration. Aleisha allowed me to even take a picture for further reference. Now, lo and behold, wouldn’t you know on my next return, while in negotiation proceedings for the jacket I found, with my Husband, I see a posting on the wall with Aleisha on it. I walk over and realize it’s about the Store, and she’s the Owner. The woman I spoke to that night, hanging up clothes on the rack, talking to me, letting me take a picture of her nails…The Owner. Leadership from the top!

I recently watched a podcast with Magic Johnson. He was discussing his encouragement to Howard Schultz in franchising Starbucks. In one particular instance, one particular Starbucks, one particular morning, Magic was onsite. There was a line of Customers out the door and around the corner. Inside the Starbucks, Magic is walking the floor, saying hello to everyone, when he sees a couple of customers spill their coffee. A Manager hurries over to clean it up, but Magic encourages the Manager to tend to the line out the door, and instead gets the mop and bucket himself. Everyone in the Starbucks, customers outside in line, see Magic Johnson push up a mop and bucket to clean up spilt coffee. Leadership from the top.
Aleisha Yanagawa Is just such the same type woman, and leads, inspires her Staff to walk the same.
During negotiation proceedings with my Hubby, I was taken care of by wonderful staff. I made sure to get one such young woman’s name so I could share it here: Makenzey.
I’m from the South, Georgia to be specific, and we acknowledge giving credit where it’s due. She is the real deal in Customer Service, leadership, and attentiveness. Thank you kindly my dear Makenzey. My experience was nothing short of an unexpected treasure hunt completed, due to your presence around me as phenomenal staff.

UPDATE: Owner called me back letting me know she will not return the item and “stands on her products” as I challenged her she begin yelling at me, I had a client in my chair so I put her on speaker phone as my clients jaw dropped , I asked the owner does she always scream at her customers in which her response was “yes when they question my products I do” she then accused me of being the aggressor in which I told her I haven’t been aggressive but I can show her what that looks like in which she threatened to hang up on me so I hung up on her because I don’t need to argue with ignorance over her selling fake LV! I will escalate it to the franchise and bank! She uses a fb place to authentic her luxury items by sending pictures lol will post those below. Best advice do not buy luxury items from this store it is not real! It’s unfortunate because my son really enjoys shopping there and has spent a lot of money there! Other items are ok but stay away from their “luxury products” they are knock offs.
My son bought a wallet her yesterday sold as a LV paying 323.00 $ upon first seeing it I knew instantly it was a fake. It’s very cheaply made, folding up , clearly more plastic than real leather! If resealing designer you should authenticate all items otherwise you are falsely selling an item as luxury when it is not and if I’m not mistaken that is an infringement on copyright! I called the store in which they told me there is nothing they can do so here we are! Be careful buying resale and making sure the items are what they are described as.
I’m waiting for the owner to reply to my email as well as contacting the bank so I’ll update once I hear from the owner.

Workers are polite and helpful! Store is always set up so cute, I love it. AND bonus I was looking for my Halloween costume (Britney spears) and I looked up. They had a whole manic dressed in the costume I was looking for!

i wish i was able to leave a 0 star review. i should have walked out from the beginning… when my brother and i walked in, we were barely greeted with an employee with absolutely no personality telling us to check in. she then said it would take 30 minutes for them to go through our things (over 50 items). after the waited time, we were then told that they cannot take anything back with absolutely no explanation. Meanwhile the entire time we waited, we walked around the store and there is old and stained and nasty items on the racks but they can’t take back Champion, Adidas, Nike, etc i would not recommend bringing your items here and water your time elsewhere. and to top it off, the cashier extremely rude on the way out. DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!
