this place has become a great find for me! the first couple of times i popped in, nothing really interested me or caught my eye and it felt like a bit of a miss, but recently i struck gold here! there are so many designer purses and nicer/designer brands here for affordable prices. if your first visit doesn’t wow you, give it a couple more visits! thrifting is truly hit or miss and you never know what kinds of amazing pieces you’ll find when you keep coming back and getting the feel for a place!

Best UC in the Valley IMO! The staff there is always friendly, store very well organized and clean, and the deals you find here are amazing! The busters are extremely well trained and usually end up buying items in good condition as long as you prep your buy nicely ahead of time. Definitely will keep coming back!

Clearly these are not marked the correct size—these 2 items are the same brand but NOT the same size! Bought as a Christmas present on Black Friday and the store closed to do inventory for 2 days, which was during the return date; but now they won’t accept the return. There should be an exception for this since this is an error on the store, not the customer. VERY disappointed.

I called 3 times before I came to make sure how the pricing works I asked her to explain it to me she said it 30 percent off of the original price I called Plato’s closet as well and they fully explained everything to me how the system works and everything I was never told it was going to be compared to resale prices either way my boyfriend drove me about 45 minutes in awful traffic after he worked like 15 hours we had to wait like an hour in the store just to be told we’d only get 85$ for 13 items and some were brand new and the other things were barely worn I even had a brand new love of lemons dress in package and they opened it just to tell me basically I’ll only get like 6 dollars for the original 150$ dress now I can’t even sell it as brand new also the retail of my clothes were around $2000 all love for lemons and Frankie’s bikini I literally see super ugly random things in there that’s cost way less then mine being sold for more 🤦🏽‍♀️so I looked up some of the resale prices come to find out they were definitely lying and they said it’s like 40 percent off of the resale which I definitely wasn’t told over the phone and at the end of the day it’s my loss because all they do is say sorry but that doesn’t give me back my sleep or the 3 hours I spent in total driving there in the store and coming back here’s an example of 3 items I brought in and was told I can only get 6 dollars for and they are resealing for 100+ and they don’t tell you this either until after but they said they count the set together which makes no sense when Frankie’s bikini sells them separately

Never loved a store so much. As a college student working on a budget this place has never hesitated to satisfy me!! I absolutely love their wide variety of styles!!! I highly recommend trying this spot if you're looking for new or vintage clothes with GREAT prices!

TERRIBLE DROP OFF SERVICE!
My first ever 1 star review star
I dropped off about 6 large bags of clothes 2 weeks ago. All washed and cleaned.
They have my phone and my email, but not a word from them. So I decide to walk in to check on any updates, they tell me they didn’t take any of it.
Reasons given: Didn’t have tags, not in fashion, We take in what college students wear, we don’t take certain brands (please make a list of these brands, I would like to know)
I had all kinds of clothings in there, some with tags. All of them were womenswear. Included summer outfits, dresses, cocktail dresses, jean shorts, American eagle and Hollister jeans, tees, skirts. Some of them not even worn once. These outfits are from a college student and I see a bunch of students wearing those style on campus.
Next, I had a box of women’s footwear (includes a pair of Lulus heels, worn twice).
Surprising enough not a single item was taken. This seems very sus tbh (like someone who takes away your belongings, you know what I mean).
At last, the employees look really annoyed when I walk in the store (twice now). FYI, I walk in, greet them, smile at them. Initially I thought they were busy, so I was like take your time, and waited for them. But when they got back, they weren’t willing to provide information on the process of drop off (do you expect a new customer to do their research when visiting your store?).
And today they lied that I was sent an email regarding my drop off(I didn’t get any).
Please train your employees to be nicer (at the least have a smile when talking to someone.)

First time going was yesterday in Scottsdale. I went back today but the Chamdler store. Everybody at the Chandler location was super super helpful because I had no idea what to expect. I had to call several times to ask about different things and styles you accept and every time everybody was patient and kind. In a store like that, you have to have a helpful staff
