My wife and I contacted UUI as we were looking to have our window dressings updated, as well as our couch and bed reupholstered. We were referred to UUI through someone else who used their services. After requesting a quote, we were quickly contacted and we explained what we were looking to have done. From there it was easy, we were given a clear timeline as to how long the process will take and once the work was done it was delivered to us. The new couch design looked modern and matched our living room's theme perfectly. The cornices were given similar colors. The bed frame was given a brand new look with matching cornices too. This was all done at an affordable price. We highly recommend UUI to anyone looking to have their furniture, or window treatments modernized.

I recently had 5 chair backs which needed replacement. UUI did a splendid job on the chairs. I am so pleased with the results. What a wonderful range of fabric swatches they have available! Dana was so helpful. Everyone LOVES the job they did.

Dana and the team did an excellent job bringing my 9-year-old couch back to life by restuffing the back and bottom cushions and mending a rip. She was responsive to my inquiries and quick to give me a quote, and they did the work faster than they estimated! They took the cushions back to their shop to restuff but repaired the tear in the couch at my home—super convenient. My couch looks and feels new, and the repairs cost a fraction of what it would’ve cost to replace the couch. I am so happy with their work and highly recommend them!
