It’s a wonderful place to be just park and walk around so many eateries and things to look at items to purchase definitely going back there I usually take some photos but there was so much to do that I just didn’t take many photos but I’m glad somehow I found this place and will add photos on my next visit.

A 👍 Great store to buy or eat from, but Not my favorite area to stop by, plenty of homeless around the plaza.🤔
Included price is fair I do prefer a safer localization for my vegan ingredients...
Other than that the owner is nice and the store is well maintained👌

It's a great place to eat, pick up prescriptions or go to Riverside University Healthcare System for services including mental health and job resources! Always free parking and there's security patrol there.
Quiet part of town and if your lucky you may spot the wild donkeys walking around.

I go here every weekend to wash my clothes at Iowa coin Laundry ( THEY ARE GREAT AND CLEAN) but the shopping center is full of homeless people, crackheads and it’s dirty, it looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The trash if filled and there is trash everywhere.🤢

The Mexican Grocery store and the Falafel restaurants are great the Mexican store has real good hot plates and the Falafel take out is great both have clean facilities and both are self service and very clean!

Always go here for Morgan's Barber Shop!!! Morgan's has really good price, $16 for a men's haircut. There are lot of barbers, about 5 to 7 barbes everytime I went, so the wait is not too bad. I went to the Iowa Laundry few times and it is REALLY clean. They also accept credit cards at the laundromat!!! Machines are pretty new as well. It is well maintained!

It's a good place for hangouts and shopping. Open mall with all kinds of brand names. It is very clean and has places to recharge your phone battery. Some deals are better than others. Depending on what you need. Close to San Ysidro border. About 10 to 15 minutes walk from east side and west side of the border much closer like 5 minutes. Unfortunately there is no free trolley or bus from border to this place. It's all walking. The mall should have a trolley to attract more people. If you are on wheel chair. Expect a long time.

More like 3 & a half stars... I go here for campus liquor, Iowa smoke shop, and the coin-op laundry. The establishments are great. But there's a lot of riffraff all around.

Campus liquor is cool. Owned by Sonny and run by himself and his sons. Does sell tobacco products and hard liquor. They stay open until 2am everyday of the week.
Iowa smoke shop has some cool stuff. And a brand of cigarettes that only costs $6. The people that run the place and work there are cool.
The laundromat has a fun quarters game that becomes addictive 🤭🤪 But there's almost never anybody who works there on-site.. so usually can't get into the bathroom.

UPDATE: Quarters game is gone from the laundromat now 🤦🏼‍♀️ thanks be to Tall David lol *RIP lil bro xoxo*
