This post office is perfect. My husband is a trucker and I go with him. This post Office had space big enough to our semi truck to park and close to the highway so we had no problems getting back on it quickly. The Man that worked there was very nice and helped me sent out my package.

Ok. I have lived here for a little over 3 years now. Without question, I have been paying the ever increasing ridiculous post office box rates so that I can get mail. I don't pay for a small box, I pay for the biggest po box. Well, with the past staff, everything was great. However, some staff has changed at this location and they are less than willing to do their job. The days of having a hometown post office have been tossed to the wayside and replaced by numbers/profit only customer service...if you even want to call it that!
We are now treated like a number. There is no more customer service in today's society. I'm told by one veteran worker of this post office location to write my address a certain way to get deliveries that otherwise wouldn't be able to be delivered to a po box. When I list my address as she suggested, the rest of the po workers at this exact location do not honor that method and constantly return my packages to sender. Now, you work in a small town post office. You do not deal with the world's mail, just the mail for our small town. If you cannot recognize a name and honor the way one of your head po workers at this location tell me to write my address, why do you even work here? You are NOT customer service oriented. You are pay me to do the bare minimum workers!!! So sad. I pay of 400 a year for my po box too. But that don't mean anything to you. So you get your paycheck on Friday and I get my packages returned to sender. Great customer service!!

So inconsistent with their deliveries and then no one seems to give a damn that people actually need their mail and packages. They can't decide when or if they are actually deliver the mail or even get the right mail to the right address. Of course you can't actually speak to anyone at the post office in Huachuca City, they are a complete joke!

I Love this Post Office!!
The Employee's are always very helpful and friendly. It's nicely located - eliminating having to drive the extra 20 minutes to the Sierra Vista Post office (that's almost always packed). Plus the Lobby being open 24hrs with multiple drop boxes makes my crazy work schedule a non-issue! 🙂

No issues to complain about. My experience at the Post Office has been what I expect from them. All of the employees I have dealt with have been friendly and professional. As a retired letter carrier, I realize the huge increase in package delivery requirements that Amazon has meant for postal workers. Amazon has put the USPS back into the package delivery business and that is a blessing. The parcel delivery was handed over to UPS decades ago ! More than a year of the Covid pandemic required the Post Office to handle a heavy volume of parcels. Certain politicians would love to " Privatize " the Post Office which Benjamin Franklin instituted. Privatization is a very dangerous idea stemming from a very dangerous political party of unpatriotic Bone-Heads .

The person that delivers the mail to my house can't read the sign that clearly says leave the package outside the gate. So I get left with destroyed packages. Postmaster will be contacted first thing Monday morning. One because they either had to get out and drop package behind my curtasy sign, or two they just threw it from their JEEP! Thank you! Been a fun year. First destroyed the mailboxes by running into them. Speeding down our road( and no it's not the tires that make it look like she is driving fast postmaster), now this.. I can't believe it.

I've had some bad experiences. Someone elses mail being delivered to me multiple times, damaged packages, and couple of the folks there are pretty rude. That being said i dont personally know each employee so i dont want to go so far as to say they're all bad.
