I was so fortunate to find United Glass. Lance has replaced 2 large pieces of glass in my condo. A very difficult job on the 2nd floor. Very professional, courteous and always on time.

These guys are awesome. They go out of their way to help you and make sure you are satisfied. Ordered a table top tempered glass over the phone and picked it up. Was built exactly as I requested and they even helped me secure it on my truck. Will do business with them again.

I had a standing appointment with this company for over a month including a confirmation call from them to my contractor. Unfortunately, they never showed up. When I called, the representative said they were busy on another job. When I questioned about why my contractor or myself wasn’t notified, she just apologized and said she would call me by the end of the day with another appointment. She did call later and said she would call my by 10:30 am the following morning about the setting another appointment. After not receiving a call, I finally called back and was told our location was too far away. Wish someone had been professional enough figure this out before setting the initial appointment, and before we paid a contractor to sit at our house just to be ghosted by this company. Very unprofessional.

Friendly and professional! Quick to respond. They were able to come out, measure and give me a quote in no time. Took about two weeks for the glass to come in, but they called me right away and were able to come out next day for installation! Competitive pricing for sure! Would definitely recommend!

This was my first experience with this company and it was great!needed 2 pieces of glass for my house 1 shaved off at the bottom and 1cut.i. broke the new one went back the next day and they didn't even charge me!that wasn't expected but much appreciated!going back again soon great service with a😁
