Had a wonderful meeting with Brian Stack & his team today. Despite having a line of people that wanted to meet with him today he took the time to hear my family out while showing genuine concern & compassion towards our situation. Bring a resident in union city , New Jersey is a blessing because we have a mayor that goes out of way to help us all and even helps those that don’t even live in union city New Jersey. My mayor is the best mayor I’ve ever seen in my whole life of 58 years born and raised in Brooklyn New York. I wouldn’t change union city while mayor stack is mayor. Hopefully he’ll become president of the United States one day and I’ll be moving to Washington DC just to be a happy resident as myself and hundreds more . I’ll follow my mayor and I’ll have a trail of residents following him because he’s our blessing Thank you Mayor / Senator Brian P. Stack

What makes Union City a great place to live is the Mayor. Mayor Brian Stack is an inspiration to us all. He’s compassionate, he listens, he takes action when need be. I personally can say that he is an amazing person. He treats the people as they should be treated. He makes this town a pleasure to live in.

I moved to UCNJ from the Bronx four years ago, drawn here by the low rents and easy city commute. I have never in my life experienced such an attentive local government. This is the best place to live with close proximity to NYC. The mayor is really amazing, call him for anything and he will call you back. It doesn't matter how small the matter, he will treat you like your issue is #1 on his agenda. The man is incredible. I don't care what negative things could ever come up but to me and anyone else in Union City I have spoken to, this man is a Saint! Most Union City residents will follow him and back him up anywhere he stands. The improvements he has brought are sincerely remarkable.

does ANYONE do any work there, really? i was trying to get the email for the person in charge of public pools in UC. one dept. didn't know WHO that was. suggested i call a pool to see if THEY knew. gave me the wrong number. second dept didn't even answer the phone. third number wasn't working. NO info, NO one knew where to direct me, NOTHING. bureaucracy at its FINEST. ugh.
