If you want a good shopping experience from the minute you walk in please go to Redondo beach South Bay next to Galleria Mall . They actually acknowledge you the minute you walk in the door. Gigi

I honestly thought it this store was full of hair and make up products, but I just took a gander at the bath product section and was astonished at all the different things they have. And then I went to the on-sale items and o was in heaven. I thought my arms were getting full and then they offered me a basket. That is when I went all out with all kinds of stuff. I got lucky and found a huge stash of bath bombs on sale for less then 3 bucks a pop. I bought sooo many!!! I had a really great time browsing through the different items

I got here at 8:52 p.m. knowing exactly what I wanted to get and the doors are locked!! Don't say you close at 9pm if you're going to close early! The girl working looked right at me and ignored me, then I find a note on the door saying their hours are until 8pm Monday - Saturday WHY HASNT ANYONE UPDATED THE ONLINE FOR PEOPLE WASTING GAS MONEY TRAVELING TO YOUR STORE! UGHHHH
Get it together people!! Seriously....😤😣😠

The merchandise was low on perfumes. So that means many go there for them. I thought they were closing, but not so.
There is an offer when you get their credit card. Any items you buy at that initial time, 20% off of each item!
Tempting but I don't want another credit card, I'll be buying half the store! I like this particular store it's convenient & well kept.

This is regarding their salon services:
I had an appointment with Esme on a Saturday. Not only did she slay my hair, she was also training an associate at the same time.
This is my first time getting my hair professionally dyed. Esme not only exceeded expectations but also changed my perspective on professional hair care.
First she assessed my hair and asked several questions to make sure she knew what I wanted. I was super impressed as she called several specs to different strengths of lightener she used for different steps in the process. I was not expecting the attention to detail she paid to every strand of my hair.
It took a few hours (for my naturally black hair) to lighten exactly the way she wanted it, but the results are incredible. I currently have the hair of my dreams and very stoked about it. I'm already trying to figure out when I need a touch up so I can make my next appointment with Esmeralda.

My first experience at this Ulta wasnt very nice. I came to pick up an order and also had questions for the employees there. Another customer that was there before me was not in line and they helped her . I was standing there by the cashier & there was also employees walking around me, nobody asked if I needed help . Then there was another person who was “where the line starts” when the cashier said next I was walking up and she told me where the line started. I told her I just needed some assistance regarding a pick up order and told me I was still in the wrong line. I was very upset because she saw me and could have told me where the line starts or the employees could have as well. My tip to Ulta is please acknowledge your clients .

DON’T COME TO HAVE YOUR EYEBROWS PLIED!!! Just a disaster!!!

First, you have to check in… which is quite unusual in ulta hotels, but let’s move on!

Second, the girl who is going to do your eyebrows is going to do them WRONG. She doesn't "draw" them before applying the wax, so the shape is supposedly natural (for the beautician) but for you, dear customers, it will just look awful. Lack of desire or will on the part of the girl? Or was she just being lazy?!? She still manages to tell you that she has been doing eyebrows for a long time... THE GOOD JOKE! Whose ? people who don't care about their appearance?

Third, your clothes will be full of wax (see photos). Because YES, this girl has a “special” technique, she twists the wax but NOT on the table BUT right next to you… Which means that you come out with terrible eyebrows and clothes that will go straight to the dry cleaners… Btw Would Ulta not want to install a dry cleaning service next to its “beauty” salon? I think that would be helpful.

I have been an Ulta member and cardholder for years… recently went to shop for products to create gift baskets for Mother’s Day for friends and family and had to use the restroom. Now if you know Ulta, the restrooms are available for customers… especially if you know you are going to be there shopping for awhile. They would not allow it, no longer open to the public…If you have a hair and make up salon in your facility and your location is known for its long lines, the restrooms should be available for customers. I even offered to show them my Ulta credit card to justify I’m a loyal customer and just need to use the restroom so I can continue shopping! Nope was denied and now not only did I have to find a restroom, they also lost the business. It’s Ridiculous! There should be a visible sign informing regular customers this is no longer an option anymore , so we are aware BEFORE we walk into the store. Allowing customers to decide how long they will be in there just in case. Very disappointing!
