A++ company to deal with for your drinking water purification needs! Tyent has an amazing customer service and technical support team. If I owned a business I would hire them in a second! They are courteous, pleasant and they listen to your needs to provide you with a solution to any inquiry. They really support the product and want you to remain a loyal customer.

I purchased a Tyent ACE13 model from word of mouth through my chiropractor several years ago. It is so important that our bodies are absorbing the best PH water to stay healthy. It's so worth the cost and pays for itself within a years time!

I am definitely sold on their quality and service. They also have a filter club and offer you a little bit of a discount, which I am a pert of to support this amazing company!

I would rate them as a "ten star" company, but only had five to select.

I cannot understate the value and dependability of a Tyent water filter and just how pure our filtered water feels, smells, and tastes. We have a UCE-9000, which is almost 13years old, but still works amazingly well. Recently we had noticed a small leak had developed, so we packed it up to send in for repair. It speaks highly of Tyent that they continue to service our older filter model. As we waited for our repair we had to use store bought, bottled water, which was labeled as reverse osmosis filtered, and tasted/smelled like plastic. We counted each day until our Tyent filter was returned, Debbie was great in talking through the process with me, and a fantastic job was done by James in the service department. We are very pleased with our returned unit, which included a few unexpected surprises. We absolutely love our Tyent water filter and we would recommend them to anyone!

I've been a customer over 20 years.

They put you on speaker so you can barely hear them. They get the order wrong, and they love transferring you.

They were supposed to send me the liquid pH detector, they didn't.

I called they were nice enough to say they were going to send two. Then you have to give them your credit card several times before they get it right.

This company is unbelievable!! i ordered the wrong Tyent filter for my Ionizer from Amazon to save the freight. I live in Costa Rica so, by the time I tried to install it, it was after the 30 Amazon return period. When I communicated with Tyent through Amazon about the problem, they told me to call them. Not only have they shipped me the correct filter but they have paid for the Priority Mail charges both ways. Talk about customer friendly!!!!

I purchased a UCE-11 one year ago. Best thing ever did for my family. We feel more hydrated and healthier then ever. I recommend it to everyone that want to stay healthier by not only eating healthier and exercising but also by drinking Ionized water from this machine.

I purchased the MMP-9090 Turbo Water Ionizer in 2012. It has been very easy to install and use. I got assistance from a friend to connect it to my faucet. I use the more alkaline water for making tea/soups. The lighter setting alkaline water I use every day. Changing the filters is easy. I've been very satisfied with the machine.
