Twisters desperately needs to work on their GrubHub processes. This is the second time I've tried Twisters with GrubHub and the second time I've been sorely disappointed.

It took your Montgomery restaurant TWENTY MINUTES just to acknowledge and start my order. This is outrageous!

The last time I tried GrubHub with your Jefferson location, I showed up right when GrubHub indicated. They hadn't even started on my order. In fact, when I asked, they hadn't even pulled the order from the printer. So, I had to leave without my food so I wouldn't be late to work.

Clearly, you don't care about your online customers. Every other business I've used with GrubHub has been great. This ranges from small mom-and-pop restaurants to large chains. I've never had a problem anywhere else.

The store at 425 Eubank Blvd NE has bad service they get upset when you tell them you didn't receive the item. Also the lady at the drive thru needs to learn customers services. That will be my last visit.

I have direct deposit. Within the 4.5 years working with then they forgot to pay me twice, I had to have them write off a check and pick it up. I am now wondering where my direct deposit is for my last check. They said my check is on hold until I turned in my keys. I turned them into Richard on Wednesday and he didn't tell them a single thing. I should not be held without my check for no reason this review is still being left because this company has no right to hold my check.

Wow what has happened to the twisters on Montgomery and San Pedro I'll never go here again I used to come to this Twister every single morning order the SAME food every single morning it's always been the SAME price and today the manager at the twisters decides that hes not going to do that anymore So I guess a store manager gets to decide on what the prices are instead of a corporate pricing don't go to this twisters the manager is upping the prices by a $1.50 to $2
