Great variety … buyer has nice taste… me and my girlfriends had a lovely time watching our money fly 😆. exceptional customer service… I had an issue with a purchase once I returned to Jacksonville … they respond to my issue quickly…sent me a replacement within two days. they made doing business with them hassle free… it is so nice to see hospitality extended after the sale… thanks twisted sister!! I purchased a purse for a family member. Who lives out of town. She said it was too big. I tried to return it. They would only provide a gift card. I never shop in this store. It's way too expensive and not my style. It's my fault for not reading the whole contract. But before I made the purchase, I called, and the woman I spoke to said yes. I would be able to return the item. She never explained the policy. NEVER WILL I PURCHASE FROM HERE.

It's a decent little boutique shop but very crowded. I had a stroller with me and could barely maneuver the corners. In the 20 minutes I was there, at least 3 products were knocked over by various customers. So just be careful where you walk in the store.

I was in the store today and was talking to one clerk about an item. Suddenly the other clerk, elderly woman with glasses and grey hair goes off on me.
I asked my clerk if they had the item I was looking for, would it be possible to have it come in a box. We were managing just fine.
There seems to be a reoccurring problem with consistent customer service.
I was yelled at by this older clerk in front of strangers. I am a senior citizen too.
What happened to being polite? What happened to staying in your lane?
I use to look forward to shopping there but no more.
Most of their items you can get on line for cheaper. Learned my lesson. Very disappointed.
