I was shocked to see that this location has less than 5 stars when I know more than anyone that this is a 5 star convenience store. I’ve been going to this twice daily location for about 3 years roughly 5 or 6 times a week and I rave to everyone I know about how friendly and hilarious the employees here are. I don’t know how they consistently find such great people to work here but every employee is helpful and goes out of their way to put a smile on your face. The store and bathroom is also always clean and organized. The iced coffee from their coffee machine is to die for and I love their dairy options.

Thank you twice daily for being the best convenience store in Nashville by far. I will always go out of my way to stop at this location

Employees are rude and confrontational and barked at me “restrooms closed!” No explanation, no apology. The other employee had the audacity to tell me off on my way out the door for trying to use the restroom. Even though they say open 24 hours, clearly they’re not. People have the right to access public restrooms. I wasted time and gas driving here specifically for the restroom because no one else in Nashville respects that, but Twice Daily is always open. Clearly not anymore. Shameful! As well as poor employee behavior/attitude!

If I could give this store negative 5 stars I would, first let's start with the cashier who was more worried about what was on her phone then my husband who was trying to use our points on our twice daily rewards and ended up ringing the items up wrong and embarrassing him in front of other customers, making it look like he couldn't pay for a candy bar and a medium fountain drink when I spend money at our local twice daily everyday that when I looked ready to use my points for something it shouldn't make you feel embarrassed. But this cashier embarrassed my husband badly and to top it all off when I called and tried to calmly speak to the manager about it she stopped me in mid sentence and said that I was not going to talk to her in a disrespectful tone, which I wasn't in the first place. She just didn't want to listen to my complaint. This twice daily needs a new and more respectful manager that will actually listen to the customers instead of making them feel like they were in the wrong in the first place. Mandy shouldn't be a manager in customer service whatsoever! And as for the cashier who couldn't take her eyes balls off her phone for even 1 second she has no business working in customer service either. Both of them should be fired on the spot.

This place is not open 24 hours like it claims. Stopped by at 5 am before work and there was an employee inside, the sign outside said open 24 hours l, but they were closed. Good thing there are a bunch of gas stations in the area so I’ll never go there again.

Not sure what has happened to this place but the employees used to be nice and friendly and talk to you but here the past couple months you walk in and they're too busy having their own conversations or on their cell phones behind the counters with other employees and not even acknowledging you except to ring up at the register. So disappointed cuz this was a great place.
