I went in looking for a dress for my mom who works out of town and does not make it home before Hollister stores close. Olga, whom I later learned is the owner, offered to stay late so my mom could go try on a dress I loved for her. Unfortunately, the dress did not fit but after learning we were looking for a “mother of the bride” dress, Olga took the time to research what my mom liked and found another BEAUTIFUL option for my mom that she loved. I don’t write reviews often but you just don’t see this kinda of amazing customer service anymore. We found our new favorite Hollister shop!
