I am always weary about purchasing a car from a used car dealer. I have to say that this dealer is awesome. He stands 100% behind his vehicles. We worked out the numbers to work into my budget and into his. He said to me, that if theres anything wrong and I mean anything bring the car back to me and I will fix it, since you bought the car from me. No problem. I had bought my car and it needed some things done to it that came about after taking it home and driving it for about 2 days. I called him with the things that needed to be done or checked, Ralph had me come in and drop the car off and he said he would go through all the things and fix whatever needed to be fixed. 2 days later he calls me and he fixed the things that needed to be fixed.
I'm very impressed by this dealership and I would return again and again. Ralph and Rhonda and the rest of the employees are very kind and pleasant to deal with. They are a very busy dealership and now I can see why. I am a very satisfied customer of his now and will be in the future. I trust him and that is something that is hard for me to do.
Thank you Ralph for my great experience. I love my RT, I thought that I couldnt get what I really wanted because of pricing until I came here. You really made me a happy girl. I will definitely recommend you to anybody that is in the market for a car or truck.

Before I jump into some of the reasons why they are awesome here, I wanted to start there — they are awesome.

I would come back for another car and would recommend here to anyone looking for a vehicle that may have been denied by another dealership or even didn’t receive that “family vibe” from the staff.

I’m personally big on when businesses feel like family. Where you step in and it’s just easy, it’s comfortable, you can laugh, and have conversations beyond the purpose of the business itself.

Anyway, not looking to draw it out. If you want some good people, good cars, and knowing you’re being taken care of by local folks just like you and I, this is the spot.

And we got to leave with this beautiful SUV that we needed.

Worse place ever. I went there to buy a car, just because I have an out of state license, I was treated like I was a drug dealer. There’s a lady, she’s so rude! I wish I could give no star !!!

WORST car place I’ve ever been to! Got a car from them and they took it away before I could even make a payment. Lied saying I missed 4 months of payment and it was not 4 months. Wouldn’t allow me to make a payment because they claim “the loan company didn’t want to work with me”. I searched their so called loan company and it’s not even anyone but THEM! Everything in the contract they give has no loan company information, it’s all under them. So they made that decision, knowing that me and one of their employees were discussing payment options through text. Not only did I explain that, but they (Tim) laughed in my face about not receiving a refund. Trust me, I WILL be getting my lawyer. Be prepared. This company is a SCAM! They will take your money and your car and try to make you pay extra fees for THEM making a DUMB decision!

12/10 recommendation for a used car place. I bought a 2003 Honda accord last week and they let me take it to my mechanic to look over it and he said the mechanics of the car is in excellent condition with brand new parts! Beyond that I had minor issues with my air, window, & door which was all fixed within a week. Excellent customer service as well, I bought my car back to fix the minor issues at any time of day and they fixed it on the spot in minutes. Ralph sold me the car and was super kind and accommodating, and all the other staff are really kinda as well.
