If I could give 100 stars, I certainly would!!! I came in shopping for a kids formal outfit, and was greeted by the owner and her daughter. I explained I needed it for my upcoming proposal. Not only did they help me pick one out, but they also offered their shops changing room in order to stage and prepare for the big moment. When the day came, they helped get our son changed while I handled the last minute details. With their help, it was a great success. I'll forever be grateful for their help and support. I'll be a customer for life!

My husband and I were trying to google best walking shoes for our 11 month old and we came across Tugboat & The Bird. We called them to make sure they actually carried the shoes we found and a lady named Trish answered the phone. She was so helpful and inviting, felt like I knew her for years! When we arrived to the store, she remembered who we were and what we spoke about. She was amazing with our son and you can tell she loves what she does.
