Spent 78k on engines. Called three times about a sensor today blown off three times. Just say I’m too busy to be bothered by you. I have bought all of my oils, filters and service parts from your location for years. Never again

The most horrific experience I’ve ever had!! They told me to buy my engine and said it was reversed rotation but it wasn’t and then blamed me! So I ordered the right one and asked them to just install both because the one was already put together. So they did and left my spare in the rain uncovered. And both engines never ran again. I had to pick up all my parts along with the boat and redo them myself!

Worked with George. Had him perform a marine survey on a boat I was purchasing since I live 700 miles away. George was nice and kept me informed along the way but I cannot recommend them as many critical items that were listed to be operational in the survey were not. The condition of the boat was not noted properly and items that would have been apparent during the inspection and sea trial were not relayed back to me. All of these came with a substantial cost to repair after I purchased the boat. I have tried to contact George but have not received any response. I do not recommend their marine survey services.

They just want to sell & gouge, try to get a real good service or a written warranty at no availability. They ignored instructions while working on my boat, damaged other systems while fixing the items that needed replacement just to create more work, and gouge. The workmanship quality is poor, and they do not answer calls. You will see invoice after invoice flowing with no stop or end. Stay away, and find a honest marine service.

Place looks great and individual issues posted here are not explained as to what the problem really was. I am betting it would have been dealt with and corrected to a satisfactory outcome if it was directed appropriately, instead of bashing on google. The complaint seems like a miscommunication. This afternoon specifies a time frame of 4-5 hours. This was not a valid appointment and/or sale either way. Of course a salesperson or broker would be there for their commission.

Very disappointed. Ordered food and asked for drinks to be brought out with the food because the service is so slow here because the kitchen is tiny and they have limited short order cooks to fulfill the orders. Rootbeer floats were brought to the table right away s even though we asked they not do that. We think this is done to get a double order on drinks because it takes so long for the food to come to the table. Our rootbeer floats were filled with melted ice cream by the time the food arrived. Avoid this place if you want fast food....it took over 30 minutes to get our food.

The worst boat sales/service dept. I have dealt with. Waste your time and no respect for a amicable negotiation. I called this morning regarding a boat for sale and asked how many hrs were on the boat. I spoke to Carey who said she would tell the service dept to take a look before I drove 60 miles. I called before I left and reminder her I would be coming in the afternoon. When I arrived I was told the guy was leaving an no hrs reading was done. Can you do it now.He said no. I don't think Carey even told him I was coming. I was not treated as a serious buyer and they insisted on explaining their process with no regard for my concerns/questions. I would not recommend this marina for brokerage or for service ever. I wish I could deal with the boat owner directly. Who makes an offer without their questions answered? He wrote my name (wrong) and number down and said he would let me know about my questions. I am not confident I will get answers. I left with MY CHECK IN HAND. 1 star is generous

George was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, as was his staff. My boat was bottom painted for the first time and I was very satisfied with work and cost. Definitely would return.
