I don’t usually do this, but I feel the need to bring something to your attention. Recently, I purchased juice from your store for my daughter, and I later realized it was only two days from expiration. That was my mistake for not checking the date, but I’ve noticed a pattern—many of the products in your store are either close to expiring or already expired.

This isn’t just about juice; it includes milk, fruits, and other perishable items. It’s concerning because customers rely on supermarkets to provide fresh, safe products. Selling nearly expired goods without proper notice puts people’s health at risk. We are customers, not pests—we deserve quality, fresh food.

This isn't personal; it's about responsibility. As a concerned customer who cares about his family, I urge you to do better. Please make it a priority to check inventory, remove expired items, and ensure the quality of your products.

If you ever pass by this Magali Delicios Venezuela food I would recommend you to run!!!! The owner and family working there is extremely rude, disrespectful, unkind, cruel, selfish, and beyond hurtful!!! They have no manners. I went there and I had ordered food However, the owner and his family was so rude and disrespectful I ended going to the place next door for food and canceling my order at this place! Let me also say this food booth had not one person waiting. I was the only paying customer and this family’s attitude (even the child) was so terrible, and degrading I literally had to contact the manager and report this people’s attitude. Instead of apologizing for their behavior they started laughing at me super loud and saying negative things about me while I was there. I hope the owner sees this review and can take action. People like that make the whole supermarket look bad and give a bad reputation. If you are Hispanic you want to support other Hispanics however, with this type of attitudes you almost don’t want to support them. If you are in customer service and a paying customer is trying to buy give them a good service so you can have a good experience and recommend it to others. With this experienced I would definitely tell any future customer who wants to stop to Magali Delicios Venezuela food to check out other Venezuela food options that’s not here!! Unless you want to be treated like garbage and pay for it. I hope the owner can call me and we can talk because I’m extremely disappointed in the degrading, mediocre, bottom tier, and disgusting customer service I got at this terrible Venezuelan place!!! If you are planning to stop at this Venezuela place keep walking and save your money or use it to go somewhere else. Thank you for listening and I hope you can find a great Venezuelan restaurant with great customer service and great food.

Wow! I am so surprised 😮. It's such a great store. The prices are cheap and the variety of products are unbeatable. Such a good selection in the fresh bakery I love the conchas. Nothing is labeled though so I couldn't tell exactly what I did was getting. They have a hot food market area. Lots of tasty things. I didn't see any horchata. I only saw a big box at payleta payasos not singular ones. It's crowded but it will probably be less busy in the future because it's brand new. It's Very clean .

I thought it had a good variety of different items anywhere from food to clothing. Not all the little booths are open yet but when they do it is really going to be popular. They haven't been open long when I was there but I will give it some time and for sure will return. Very clean and everyone was very helpful. They even have a place to order food and sit and eat.

Do not recommend the pan dulce from here. Texture of it was that similar to a sponge to scrub dishes stiff & porous. If you decide to try I'd recommend to only buy one. SUGGEST El Patron in Bartow or Plaza in Wahneta for the pan dulce

Went in on 2/22, bunch of expired food. Sadly i bought some not knowing it. Frozen food also wasnt very frozen like seafood and meat! Look at alll the dates! Was also over charged. You send a message and they dont respond!

Produce and meat are very expensive for the quality you get. Bought once bag of onions today and they were all rotten on the inside. Strawberry’s had a big patch of mold in the middle. There goes $9 down the drain. Very disappointed.

What a wonderful new location right here in Winter Haven. A great supermarket, with good food spots and shops. Can't wait until this place is completed. A must see new spot
