I have come to the spot several times since I have moved and at the beginning, maybe the first 3 to 4 times everything was excellent. Great customer service very fast. Received my email to check in and all. Apparently, the last two times I have gone during the day have been awful. The first bad time was about a week ago when I arrived to the store and couldn’t pay with my debit card because their machines weren’t working, but then they also had ATM machine not working. I left the store because I understand these are things that happen, but when I came back, I was received with a lot of attitude From a woman named Sandra. There was no one in the store and she kept telling me that I had to check in. I had told her I was previously there five minutes ago, and the other customer service rep had left my order open on the computer. I was just returning to pay for that order. She did not care and proceeded to delay me another 15 minutes for no apparent reason. I like to think that I am a very understanding person, and I understand that they have no control over their systems, but they do have control over the customer service that they provide and the way they speak to other people, especially customers. I came in today at the same time as the last time (opening hours) and the same lady again was very unwelcoming and impatient. I would highly recommend going to the store maybe after 5 o’clock pm when there is better staff. The staff in the morning is just outright terrible. I also forgot to mention the two times I have placed an order in the morning,I never received my check-in link to my email i’ve even placed the order a day before and still haven’t received the check-in email and that is because the staff at Trulieve are not packaging the orders ahead of time and waiting for the customers to walk in to then package the order and sent out a check-in link when I’m already inside a little late to check in don’t you think. I only know this because I once to worked for the company. Order should be package so that an automated link could be generated to the customer’s email so that they can then check in to avoid standard lines. This is the whole point of express checkout/pickup. In conclusion, it is not a bad location. The staff during the day is not great, but besides that the rest of the staff that works the night shift is very wonderful and welcoming.
