I live out of state but whenever I come down I try to make my pilgrimage here. Usually pick up some capacitors looking to pick up an electronic tool or something fun. Sure you could buy stuff online but I really do enjoy going in the storefront. The staff is awesome and helpful. What else do you need 🙂

Tri Tek Electronics is a great electronics for home users or industry professionals
I am an IT/CCTV professional and Tri Tek Electronics is where I go to buy all of my supplies and tools of the trade. Jeff is very friendly, he is also extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. Tri Tek Electronics is always the first call/visit I make when I am looking for everything from a basic CCTV camera system to supplies for an elaborate network installation project. They also have electronic components such as resistors and led lights

It’s okay. They carry useful things. It’s a bit boring because I am used to going to Fry's Electronics. Also, the website needs to update and have better quality pictures of their items. Some listings don't even have pictures. If the website could tell if items are in stock at stores, that would be nice. I got the Philmore binding post and didn't know how to attach wire to the back of the binding post terminal. Same thing with the banana plug. If the website could show how to use/install their items that would be good. It would be good if it was more spatial with wider space. Carpeting would also make the visit more satisfying.

I was given friendly service and some parts I needed were ordered since they do not stock a very large inventory. I let them know I really need the parts fast and they promised I would get delivery in one week no problem. Now a week has gone by and they cannot even tell me if the parts were ever shipped to them, and they do not seem to care since they have already been paid. No effort is being made to get the parts but I can have a refund if I want. I wonder how many weeks a refund takes? I would expect they would at least make some effort to do what they promised....nope, just " I would be happy to refund your money". What about trying to make the customer happy?

Excellent service, inventory is well stocked and pretty diverse considering the size of the place. I can’t comment on custom orders or knowledge since I know what I need when I go in. More often then not, they have it and at reasonable prices. One could call it the electronic hobbyist’s Walgreens. Highly recommended!

What the heck! If I get Jeff on the phone looking for something in particular he's super helpful and will get me prices, etc. If I get Todd he'll say he's pretty sure something is in stock, and when asked about price, it's either "I don't know" or "You seriously want me to walk across the store and check?". If I'm not going to get any better service than a Walmart what's the point?
