One star for their HR department who were very professional, yet the rest of the place was horrible. Plant manager could not grasp when he walked away from the line, workers do whatever. The one thing was workers/people acting like they wanted to harm me while working. Wanting to bait me into fights, a few times. A lot of workers taking numerous breaks within the shifts, male workers. How we just arrived to work, and you instantly headed to the bathroom for a break. Leads talking about prolonging work production to make sure they make money. Really strange environment. I shoveled some ice one time, and soon after was told from several workers to not even try shoveling ice again. Second time processing fish in Alaska, and Trident was not worthy of my time. I wont recommend this company to nobody. Unsafe, for hard workers like me and my people. I applied quality to my work, plus what I received from their orientation, yet had to endure and navigate through what seemed to be a death trap at moments.
