After being unable to rectify an overcharge by the Marathon located at 20551 NE Hwy 27 in Williston, FL, I contacted Marathon Peteoleum. They forwarded my issue on to Tri-County Oil. I then received a call from Todd Tucker the Operations Manager. After a quick explanation he requested I email the photos I had taken and told me he would be in touch. After just a few days the issue was resolved. It is so refreshing to deal with someone that understands Customer Service is more than just a catch phrase. Thank you!
