A few weeks ago I had a dead battery and a auto parts shop replaced it. My ABS, Traction, and break light went on and my car was malfunctioning. They sent me to to Transcend Automotive and these guys were amazing! The fixed the problem with no time. They were super curious and helpful. Thank you guys 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 would highly recommend this place.

The owner Jade likes to drink and drive wreck less. Also likes to illegally pass double yellow lines using his truck to assault other drivers. Break checking with intent to cause an accident. Even if you lower speed pull off to the side of the road he will follow suit break checking forcing his vehicle in front of yours

I went in for an alignment and to have ball joints checked, nothing more. They preformed both and everything looked good, according to them.
I go to pay and discover that they're billing me for a tire rotation. I never asked for or requested this service nor was I consulted beforehand or at any point during the service.
The price I was told and agreed to at the start didn't reflect what was presented in the end.

Transcend Automotive is the best Auto Shop in the Kern River Valley! Jade the owner & lead technician is a genius & is very professional! As for the rest of his mechanics they are all great, professional, polite, & honest at what they do & always with the customer in mind!! Jerry the service writer at the office desk is the first one you'll usually see first and last! He helps to make sure the business runs smoothly, the customer's are always put first and has the best customer service! Jerry also went to automotive technical school so he knows vehicles very well just like the mechanics in the shop! I just had an alignment done on my 1996 Jeep and it's perfect, drives straight as can be!
So if you're in the Kern River Valley and in need of automotive work go by and see Jade, Jerry and the rest of the crew!

Sept. 2023 Update: the exhaust brackets broke as I got into Isabella this morning causing the exhaust to drag on the ground. I pulled into Transcend Automotive, they had the brackets replaced and I was out of there in about an hour. 👍🏻 And it didn't cost an arm and a leg. 😁

These guys were very nice. I called ahead and made an appointment so they got me in right away. They didn't try to upsale me to get extra services. The price was comparable to what I would pay at a drive thru lube place which is more than I can say for other shops in the same area. I will be returning in the future and I recommend this shop.

Did one repair, slated for 1-1/2 hrs….took 6! Only after trying to book a part for three times the amount the part actually costed. Then tried to indicate yet another issue that was not being indicated by the car, with no readout to back it up. Research showed what they wanted to work on was at least $4000 in part, if not more, and most likely an additional $3000-4000 in labor for what was supposed to be a $30 part and easy fix. Don’t like to help people needing smogs, also. Barely dodged being ripped off for more than the car was worth, but caution to anyone else…
