We purchased a Tundra from Kim Maerkle and she was phenomenal. Everyone at Toyota of Surprise was nice but Kim went above and beyond. She was patient with us as we negotiated with the GM/finance person, she stayed late until after 9pm with us as the finance folks were backed up, she offered to come in on her day off to go over and set up all the new features of the new truck, she helped me get service/parts to set up a time to get new tires put on the new truck, just was willing to do whatever it took to keep us happy throughout the entire process. The level of service she provided isn’t something you find in this day age and we were very pleasantly surprised. Bought a competitor's offer and they matched it even though it was slightly better options. I was in a rush and Fernando got me out of there in under 2 hours. Professional and courteous sales person and that's coming from someone that hates dealing with dealerships and buys all his vehicles online.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Kim Heren was amazing to work with. No pressure, honest, and laid all the info out to make a decision. She remembered each item I told her I was looking for while searching for the car. Very knowledgeable of the vehicles. After looking around on the golf cart she knew I wanted to compare the Rav4 to a competitors suv and she was respectful and didn’t try to keep me hostage with the “what can I do so you’ll walk out of here with a new car today?” Toyotas competitor showed me the most expensive model and told me what I wanted. I felt like I was keeping him awake. Then pressure from his sales manager. I get it they are there to sell cars, but don’t make the buyer feel dumb and play games. Be upfront at first! While waiting for someone to bring my keys, I was texting Kim telling her to hold the RAV4 and I would be back. The Toyota GM, Larry, introduced himself and sat with us and chatted while Kim was working on paperwork, Freddy in finance was quick and got us out of there without issues. Again. NO PRESSURE from anyone.
