I bought a certified pre owned RAV4 here after finding a listing for it online earlier this week. I live in Manhattan currently and was searching for a used car and came across this dealership by chance despite living 2.5 hours away by train. Rob provided exceptional service and was very knowledgeable, didn’t haggle me, didn’t hide fees, was fair and accommodating, and even went out his way to pick me up at the train station to bring me to the dealership. He answered all my questions promptly, never pressured me, was incredibly patient and provided the best car sales experience I’ve ever had. Great experience, I was in yesterday for my Lease End and did a lease buy out. Rob had discussed all my options with me over the phone beforehand, I let him know my decision and once we arrived everything was ready. Quick, easy, and stress-free! We recently purchased a 2025 Camry from Towne Toyota and the whole ordeal was such a breeze. Our salesperson was Matthew Diana and he is so excellent at his job!!
