Recently, I brought a chainsaw to Tom to get fixed. I have had good luck with his service in the past. I spent a large amount of money and the saw ran worse when I got it home than it did when I took it to get fixed. I have spent the last 2 months calling and leaving messages for him to contact me. As of this date, I still have had no contact with him. I have spent a lot of money there over the years, and recommended him to family and friends. I will no longer do so. His customer service is non existent. I had to leave 1 star in order to post this, but this 1 star is not merited

We spent a lot of money at this business to get ignored. NO ONE will call us back about a chain saw they “fixed”. Going on months, nothing.
Update* chainsaw was taken elsewhere for repair. It was discovered that no tune up had been done, and if they had done the compression test they would have found the issue with the chain saw.

I've had my lawn equipment serviced here for many years. Tom has an excellent team and they do top quality work. They can get very busy during the growing season so I recommend that you think ahead in order to have your equipment ready to perform when you need it. Be sure to check out the new equipment. He has a great selection!

Had to have my chainsaw taken in for warranty work, they have had it almost 5 months and I’ve called twice within that time. Each time they tell me they haven’t had a chance to look at it. Horrible horrible service. Do not go their if you want things taken care of.

I've dealt with Tom and his staff for over 15 years now, and have never had a problem of any kind. They tell me right up front if they have the part in stock, or would have to order the part, or very rarely can't get what I'm looking for.
They will do whatever they can to help out. Once when I had a mower with mis-matched parts, they hunted around until they found each part I needed to match the mis-matched parts.
Their prices are comparable to most everybody else, sometimes less, sometimes a bit higher, but right in the right ballpark. But their labor prices are always lower by at least a little, and their service is much better.
The only time I was a bit disappointed was one spring when I put off having my mower serviced until I was last in line, and they told me it would be 3 weeks. Then I checked at other places, and the quickest time was 6 weeks. Goodbye disappointment!
You can't go wrong with Tom's!

This is a down home, friendly business that focuses on what you want instead of trying to sell you something more expensive. The service was excellent from every individual we spoke with and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for a mower!
