Best 99 cent Bold coffee, ever! Great staff! I went here every day for a week while staying at the campground and will miss this place. Can you miss a convenience store? I learned thanks to Isaiah and the all the other very friendly staff that you can. Don’t wait until after dark to buy firewood—they sell out. I bought a bangin’ straw hat for $20–a very fair price considering this is the last stop before the beach. The people who work here take hospitality seriously. Thank you!!

We stayed across the street from Tom Thumb while on vacation so it was very convenient however everything is outrageously priced. I bought 2 beach chairs at $35 a piece and a beach umbrella at $60. The same beach chairs were at Walmart for $25 and the beach umbrella was $30.
Tom Thumb has a array of items for the beach and fishing but definitely takes advantage of tourists. The staff is not very friendly but they had what we needed when we needed it so it was convenient. It’s definitely a trade off cost for convenience and Tom Thumb knows it.

Great store. Only complaint is the gentleman who works nite shift occasionally who closes the store, locks the door, & puts a sign up that says "Back in 5 Mins" & takes 10...then when you knock on the door and it's 5:58 & I have to clock in by 0600 every morning comes to the door rudely explaining he's in the bathroom I understand we all have to go when mother nature calls but don't get upset at the customers when it takes a longer than 5 mins. And for the sake of argument. My Dash cam shows me pulling up to the store at 5:51 & you opened the door at 5:58. That's 7mins and I'm sure that door was locked a few mins before that but not for sure because I hadn't pulled up yet. Now the rest of the employees are really nice, my boss and I come in there daily. Thank you for all yall do....great staff, clean organized, and service is excellent.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could!!!!!
The lady cashier was the absolute rudest person I have ever encountered in customer service in my entire life.
We come to fort Pickens several times a year for family vacations and we will NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN based on today’s treatment of my family.

Jackie was very rude and unprofessional. It’s a shame that such a beautiful beach scene can be tarnished by such a poor attitude. She needs to be better and leave her drama at home
