I had a very disappointing experience with TNT Airsoft. The staff were incredibly rude and displayed an unprofessional level of arrogance. Instead of providing helpful guidance, they seemed more interested in brushing off any questions or concerns. The overall lack of customer service and willingness to assist made the visit frustrating and unproductive. I would not recommend TNT Airsoft based on my experience.

This store is amazing! My son and I received exceptional customer service and support. My husband was recently killed by a drunk driver and the owner went out of his way to teach my son how to use his air soft gun. I can’t say enough good things about this company or the owners. I highly recommend their store to anyone. Money has been tight at my house and they went far above and beyond to help us in ways no other company would ever go this far for clients. Thank you so much for giving me and my son such a wonderful experience together. If my husband had been alive I probably wouldn’t have met the owner because he would have gone with my son. I’m so thankful to have met him because you don’t really get a chance to meet such caring people in our World these days. Thanks again TNT your the best!

Tony is the best dude. He's very informative and just all around a really helpful and friendly guy. I cannot tell you how many times I've come in with an issue and Tony had been able to get me set up with the fix and out the door. I don't get the negative reviews as I've never received anything shy of excellent customer service!

Staff were very meh. helped me with my questions but would be side tracked by the other staff. They were also hard to approach and talked like they didn't give a damn about the sale once I told them I'm under 18 and couldn't make the sale that day. I will just go to another place with my money.

Steve was an amazing help, helping me pick out my next Airsoft Gun. He’s extremely knowledgeable, made you feel welcome when coming in, took his time explaining the pros and cons with the M4’s I was interested in buying. He let me check out his guns. Definitely 5 star worthy.
Now It would have been a 5 stars, but the older Gentleman with glasses just seemed rude. I don’t know if that’s just who he is. He’s more than likely the owner because I don’t know anyone who would hire someone with that type of customer service. He barely said a word and just stares at you. I asked him a question and he would just give a 1 word answer.
I would recommend this place. But I would talk or get information from anyone in the store but that guy.

Spent more than $300 here back in Jan 2022. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Low rating however is because I've had nothing but problems with the airsoft gun I purchased. Worked for a day and hasn't since. Went back several times, they would always say it was fixed, but then it would stop working after a few mins. I live about an hour away and it got annoying to keep driving back. Won't be going here again.
