Had to return my internet tower due to financial constraints. The store is well organized and their were several people waiting the employees checked in the new customers quickly. The staff is friendly and nice the manager was readily available and was very friendly to everyone. I watched the staff behave professionally and with a patient demeanor. I recommend this location.

I had an amazing experience at this store. Rosalyn was so helpful. We had such a terrible experience at T-mobile in Lakeland. You can just tell they were not willing to help in any way. Every single customer that left the Lakeland store was upset and dissatisfied. They will be getting a not so great review from me but what I can say is this store definitely helped us. You could tell they were more than willing to assist us and did everything in their power to get us what we wanted. Will definitely be coming back to this store for any of our t-mobile needs. This location is amazing and I won’t be returning to any other store as long as I live here. Caitlin is the store manager and is always very welcoming and kind, Will the assistant manager is always eager to assist. I’ve worked with a different sales rep every time I’ve come in and I’ve never been disappointed with the level of expertise or customer service provided.
They’re a corporate store and now they also are an experience store which they explained to me what the difference was and I’m excited to have one so close to me. If this isn’t currently your go-to store it should be!

I was utterly delight by my experience that Will provided me while here. He was a great listener and communicator. He help me resolve my issue with my phone within 5 minutes. The previous day I had been on the phone with customer care and they were not able to resolve my issue. I was even told by one customer representative that she could not help with the issue and then she hung up on me. I would most highly recommend this location for service and Will is a great representative and asset to your company.
