My experience with Candance at the T-Mobile store at 6850 US-90 Jubilee Square in Daphne couldn't have gone any smoother.
She greeted me at the door with a smile and quickly ported me over from another carrier even though it involved several phone calls to my son-in-law in CO.
Her manager was also helpful, even stopping with another transaction to answer a question.
I definitely recommend this store for fast friendly service!

Went in for wifi for $60.00 a month. 8 additional lines were added after I left making my bill $287.00. I never received a single statement and had to bring my credit card statements in as "proof". The 1st time I was in store I was told because my account was more than 3 months old they could only give me a$ 100.00 bill credit but they would fix my account. Ive gone back every month and nothing has been resolved, I'm still not getting my bill and still being over charged $227.00 every month for a total of $1,135.00 so far. The store is a rip-off scam and in my opinion should be shut down
