Ivonne, I think the TJ Maxx manager, was amazing, for some reason the rug we purchased kept setting off the alarm. She kept trying to get the Home Goods manager to help us over the radio, however there was no answer for several minutes and we were already waiting a while to leave with our purchase, instead of simply replying over the radio a man with glasses gave the biggest attitude to Ivonne and brushed us off saying they have too many other customers to deal with. If not for Ivonne we would have been pissed, she looked at our receipt and told us we were good to go. Thank you Ivonne for the help, hope your days are easier.

I was in the area for a wedding and wanted to find a fun gift for the couple. The store was well stocked with great gift ideas. The Bride loves Holloween and we also picked out some kitchen gadgets ( measuring cups, measuring spoons, backing dishes, pizza cutter and some fun Holloween napkins.

Today I was shopping in the Home Goods with my mother and sister and on our way out the monitor rang and informed us that there was a tag missed and we needed assistance. Ms.ivonne stepped in even though the store was super busy and on top of that she worked in the TJ Max department. She was asking the home goods department about their security tag and no one was answering her over the microphone. As someone who works in the retail industry this situation mad me very upset. There was no teamwork with these joint stores. And when someone finally came to us they simply were straight out rude and unprofessional. The guy said he didn’t know and that the store is super busy. Obviously the store was busy and our customer situation could’ve been solved in one second. Thank you Ms. Ivonne for staying professional even under pressure. These stars are for you!

They have a great selection however the waiting line is always wrapped around the store with only 3 cashiers (about a 25 minute wait to pay) and only 1 of 3 women's restrooms was usable (one had paper everywhere and another had the toilet paper dispenser on the floor. They need a lot more staff and it'd look a lot better on their part if the managers instead of standing around actually did something to support their staff or help customers.

The store was clean and full. But the most horrible thing is the check out, there's no grand sale or anything but the line has about 30 shoppers waiting with 3 lanes. I'd rather pay a little more just to save the time of looking and waiting in line. These types of stores are if you have nothing to do in your day

Went to clearance section found a rug for 15 dollars.Some how when I was shopping tag fell off when I got to cashier she call some guy and he made a huge deal wouldn’t honor price .wanted me to pay full price but the rug was on clearance and not my fault tag felll and they can’t find the clearance price . I am sure these happens to other shoppers they should have a way to look up what’s on clearance. Instead making people feel like ur lying or u took tag of or whatever. . Just not right .

This combo store is my FAVORITE! They’re always overflowing with inventory. I always walk out of this store with the most lovely treasures from kitchen tools to tweezers and other products for a lady (or mans) grooming needs.
