How long does it take to change a single tire at Tires Plus? Apparently, two and a half hours—even with an appointment.

I’ve had a positive experience here in the past when they were able to squeeze me in for a drop-off the night before, and I appreciated how affordable they were. So when one of my tires was slashed, I didn’t think twice about coming back. I called ahead to order the tire and scheduled an appointment for the next day.

Unfortunately, the experience this time was frustrating. I spent the first hour just watching my car sit untouched in the lot. After asking for an update, they finally brought it into the shop, where I waited another hour and a half for a simple tire replacement.

To make matters worse, when I got back to my car, the low tire pressure warning was still on. I drove around the block, expecting it to reset, but the warning remained. I went back inside to ask if they had checked and inflated the other tires, and they assured me they had, adding that the warning light would turn off after driving a mile or two. It didn’t. It’s disappointing that a basic tire replacement didn’t include properly inflating the rest of the tires or ensuring the issue was fully resolved.

While the pricing is competitive, I’d rather pay a bit more for faster, more efficient service next time. I will not be returning.

I have been a Tires Plus customer for over 24 years and have been to several shops. Recently, I decided to get several items completed on my car including control arms. I ended up getting a few other things as well that were needed as problems came up. I have worked with Robin, Bryan, and Joey. I would like to give them a shout out for their customer service. I had a great experience with them over several visits. Robin's suggestion for the control arms fixed the problem. I dont like spending the money but I realize it costs money to maintain your car especially now. I feel they are honest, give me the best price they can, and stand by their work. I would recommend Tires Plus to anyone that needs their car serviced.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this tire shop for a while, but my recent visit left me very disappointed. I encountered a heavyset employee who was quite rude and had a negative attitude, especially towards women. When I asked about the estimated wait time for my vehicle, he responded as if I should have already known it would take two hours.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable and has unfortunately made me reconsider returning to this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve the customer experience in the future. Proceed with caution if you decide to visit.

They have changed my life! I used to feel I was locked into the Kia Dealership which was hell on earth and expensive. I had no idea you could do so many services. I went yesterday, added services to my original reason for being there, and your guys did everything they could to make it go quickly because they knew I was waiting. My car was completely serviced when I left and I happily paid the bill. Good job.

They made claims for needed services that had recently been done. They said my coolant was low and it was just changed last month. They said my tire rods were excessively loose but when pressed they said it was only a little. They said two tires needed immediate replacement due to misalignment, I explained I have the lifetime alignment and they regularly rotate my tires. He then said only one was out of spec. Basically when I asked questions urgent repairs became suggestions. I did not feel comfortable signing work orders after this experience. They did look a warranty support for the worn tires but their quote was very high, almost $600 to mount two tires that were discounted from warranty. They were friendly and the service advisor that told me a story stopped dealing with me after I asked questions and declined extra services for that visit. This visit seemed typical to my usual tires plus experience. In August a different tires plus said my brakes needed to be replaced urgently, I haven’t had the work done yet but this tires plus did not mention my brakes. I went in for an alignment to correct a previous tires plus alignment and the fixed it 80%. Still need another adjustment.

I do not like going to auto shops...but the crew at this particular Tires Plus--Stephen, Robben, Austin, and the rest--are nothing short of incredible. They are receptive, communicative, and knowledgable. Never had an issue with them and even if I had, they would be quick to resolve it. I live 40min away from this shop and it's still the only one I go to. I actually trust these guys...not something you can say about most big name chain automotive stores. Keep it up ya'll.

Completely dishonest staff, told me I had to replace all 4 tires when I had a nail in one tire. Tires have 15,000 miles on them and are 2023 tires. I don't know what kind of fool you think I am but go kick rocks. Someone wanting to make commission on a sale by being liar. Pretty much speaks for itself.

This is the only shop that I will let anywhere near my cars. They are always 100% honest and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I will never go anywhere else
