Came here for a quick used tire to get back home from the holidays with my children. I even explained this to the employees. As I began driving within 25 minutes said low tire pressure. Stopped at Wawa and filled it for it to do it again 25min down the road. I still continued home as I checked the tire and it didn’t seem low enough to be a concern, assumed maybe my sensor was off. When I got home this was the tire. Called AAA, and they removed the tire to find this tire completely ripped. I’m so grateful my kids and I made it home safely, but for them to sell and install this tire to me in this condition knowing I could have been in a seriously bad accident is a shame and crooked. My heart sank to see this and I even broke out in tears as this trip started off rough for then this to be given to us. They need to be shutdown before someone gets hurt or dies buying from them.

The owners and mechanics are absolutely wonderful! Took care of me and my beastie of a Pathfinder in less than an hour and made sure everything from my tire with a screw in it to helping me figure out what the cause of my mysterious mishaps with it on the way over to them were! They truly are the best car docs in town 🫶 10/10 would recommend!!!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. The owners went above and beyond checking every inch of my car when I knew there was a problem but couldn't pinpoint it. Called me every step of the way to inform me of what was found and was fair on all pricing. They were knowledgeable and didn't quote things that were not needed, even told me the things that would need to be done soon but not right away. It's hard to find honest mechanics, I won't be bringing my car anywhere else for now on!!

Went there yesterday in hopes of having some tires that I purchased from a friend mounted and balanced. Dave the manager said he was short staffed and couldn't do my monster tires. Claiming 285/75/18 were monster tires requiring more time and bodies than he had available. But if I brought it back through the week he'd give me a deal of 75$ per tire. What a joke. I went down the road and had them done for $100 all 4. Good luck staying in business bud. And btw, 1 little dude about 5'5" 120#'s did all 4 by himself in about 25 minutes.

I stopped to get a used tire for my car and the guy was charging me $120 for a used tire. I’ve bought used tires forever and never paid more than $60 maybe $70 depending on the condition. Their prices are outrageous! I went down the road Maybe 5-10 min and got a tire for $60 and they quoted me for a new one $140. I definitely do not recommend this place for tires. Just because they are close to Windermere doesn’t mean they have to jack up their prices.

*SCAM ALERT*
I spent $550 on two new tires for my car: Toyo Proxes Sport A/S (all-season). After just two months, I noticed the tread on the passenger-side tire was wearing out much faster than the driver-side tire. Upon investigation, I discovered they had installed a Toyo Proxes Sport (summer tire) on the passenger side instead of the all-season one I paid for. The summer tire has half the tread life of the all-season model, which explains the uneven wear.

When I returned to the shop to get this fixed, the owner told me it didn’t matter because it doesn't snow in Florida! Then, instead of correcting the mistake, she said I’d have to pay an additional $190 to get the right tire installed—only offering free installation. I calmly explained this wasn’t fair, but she refused and even threatened to press the panic button! I never raised my voice or acted aggressively, but she clearly didn’t want to admit the error.

I hate doing things like this, but she obviously scammed me.

Lady, I'll see you in small claims court! You're going to wish you did the right thing...

I’m very upset with this place. I bring all my cars here for tires. I had called around 3:45 pm today 11/27 to inquire about a tire. I told them I would be in by 5. They said ok we will be here. I got there at 5:10 and everything was already closed. : people still in the store said they closed due to holiday but they never mentioned anything to me when I called. You just lost a long time customer. Very disappointed!

Not trusting in a word, first bother a tire for the work van. The tire made the car shake like flat tire!! They said will contact the tire brand, but never get answer!!
Second got trailer tires, what they said, road assistance cover any blow or repair on tire if happen, guess what, need to send the tire for the tire brand with a minimum of 6 weeks wait time!!! JOKE, don’t trust.
