I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tina's Bridal where I purchased my mother of the bride gown. Jeannie was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made me feel special throughout the entire process. Tina, the owner/seamstress, is an absolute gem, so kind and truly dedicated to making sure everything fit perfectly. She even opened the store on her day off to make a last minute adjustment to my dress! I felt taken care every step of the way and the gown was absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for exceptional service and beautiful quality dresses. Thank you for making this experience so memorable!

5 stars for Tina’s!!! Jeannie was so accommodating and just as excited as we were which made the process so much easier. She’s knowledgeable, detail oriented, and listened to my concerns every step of the way. I was blown away by the array of choices Tina’s had to offer, and the prices were unmatched. She gave us her time and we never felt rushed. Jeannie was respectful of my budget and worked with me to make sure I truly got the dress of my dreams. Her and Dan were genuinely happy that I went home with my dress today. I recommend Tina’s to all the brides who want a calm, carefree process and enjoy every minute of it. Thank you Jeannie!!

I was shopping for a mother of the groom dress and was about to give up when I did a search on my phone and found her shop. We drove over there and she was closing in like 15 more minutes but she told us to come on in boy am I glad she did! She spent the next hour with me and she helped me find a beautiful dress and found out she is a seamstress and she is going to put sleeves on this dress since my son's wedding is in January... It was the best experience I've had after all the places I visited...

I cannot express enough gratitude for Tina's Bridal and the incredible service I received. From the moment I stepped into Tina's shop, I knew I was in the right hands. As a hijabi bride, finding a seamstress willing to accommodate my needs seemed like an insurmountable task. Countless seamstresses turned me away, unable to transform my voluminous ballgown wedding dress into something suitable for my modesty.
But then, I met Tina. Her kindness and warmth immediately put me at ease. She listened attentively to my concerns and assured me that she would make my dream dress a reality. Throughout the process, Tina went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. She welcomed me back for multiple fittings, patiently adjusting the dress until it was exactly as I envisioned.
Just when I thought Tina's kindness couldn't exceed any further, she astounded me once again. A week before my wedding, I realized I forgot to mention an area of the dress that needed alterations. Tina had already left for vacation, and I was informed she wouldn't return until after my big day. However, Tina surprised me by returning from her trip early, solely to fix my dress in time for the wedding.
Tina's dedication, compassion, and exceptional skill truly make her a gem in the bridal industry. If there were a way to give more than five stars, I would do so without hesitation. Thank you, Tina, for making my wedding dress dreams come true and for your unwavering kindness throughout the process.

After going through numerous bridal shops I finally found my dress. The manager was soo helpful! She determines what youre looking for and what would look good on you. This was a different experience since she picks out dresses compared to other places where youre unsure about all the dresses and pick out 50 to try on. They have such a large selection of dresses!! I like that their price includes alterations so you just worry about one price and that’s it.

Here is my story! I ordered my wedding dress from another store in Philly, and unfortunately they did not update me about the status of my dress on time. So, I was so nervous and kept looking to find another store where sells Kitty Chen dresses. Dan, Tina's Bridal, talked with me a few times on the phone! They helped me a lot to find the same dress in the same size! Finally, my dress got ready from the first store where I ordered, and I didn't have a chance to get my dress from Tina's bridal. But I am just here to appreciate their GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! even for other brides who are not their customers! Thank you so much Dan! I highly recommend all brides to chose a store with good customer service! That's all you need from your bridal store... 🙂

Listen to your senses. The place has a mold smell. We’re now stuck with a dress that has a moldy smell to it. They don’t want to hear it and said we should “air it out on a cloths line”. Since we don’t have one, they recommended to bring it in so they can hang it out back which is a great place for a wedding gown. Great customer service, this is the last time we’re ever coming here.

They were very helpful. My bridesmaids and mother in law purchased their dresses for my wedding from Tinas. The staff was patient and understanding. Great little family owned place. They did a good job with the alterations for my gown. Overall will recommend and return myself.
