I usually like Tillys. This the girl helping us was a little rude. Maybe just having a bad day? It seems like every time i go there, they try to charge me more money. This time she forgot to take off the pair of shorts I didn't want. Then when they refunded me the money, it was $2 less the the price she charged me just 5 minutes ago. ‍♀️ Just watch your receipts!!

No help when on the floor. When went to check out was told that certain items in their sale/ 2 for $30 deal are not part of said deal. I asked someone on the floor after checking out and the then explained that the deal only applies to shirts already discounted to $17.99. While I was leaving I then heard someone else working there misinform another customer that all of the shirts in the areas where the 2 for $30 shirt signs are, that they all are part of the deal. Their deal signs don’t have the proper information on them, and they mix in more expensive shirts with the shirts that are on sale.

I ordered several items online. I had to call and get some info on sizing. They answered the call on the first ring and were very helpful. When I stopped by to pick up the items, they were ready to go and correct. It was easy. I did see some great deals and ended up doing some additional Christmas shopping. The staff was great. One kid was about the size of my son, and was able to give me good advice on sizing for certain items. They worked out great. The lines were quick, even though they were crowded. I will definitely shop there again. Great job.

I stood in the shoe section trying to look like I needed help. After a while I wandered around and found one of several associates not helping customers. She found me some shoes to try on and went back to whatever she was doing before. I got the shoes and waited in line behind a person taking a long time at checkout. Several other associates around including a manager looking busy and ignoring me. When I get to the checkout the clerk still doesn't acknowledge me and starts wiping down the counter, asks me to pick up the shoes I set down and tells me she's off the clock. I'm told to go to the next person over who also is wiping down every nook and cranny and I'm told to wait. After all this I decide to leave my purchase and walk out. As a retail manager I'm insulted. I work with much less payroll but put customers above everything else. I will purchase my shoes online.

The manager of this store should be fired. I went into this location with my wife, 2 year old and 16 year old. After picking up $300 in jeans and t-shirts my 2 year old needed to use the bathroom. The store manager refused to let us use the restroom and told use we could go next door to Target. Why would Tilly's hire such a piece of trash? Its bad enough I have to pay $39 for a t-shirt my kid wants but to have someone treat us like this is hard to take. I will never enter this store again.

I went into this store to have a security tag pulled off a sweatshirt that my 12 year old daughter purchased with a gift card. They looked at me like I stole it for one, and second of all the manager didn't even have the guts to come out to the floor to speak to me about the situation, nor to assist me in finding a way to track down a receipt for this purchase. The security tag beeped as I walked into the store and it beeped as I walked out, so this store wasn't doing there job in monitoring this issue & the cashier didn't bother to take the tag off! Someone needs to be fired if they can't even provide decent customer service rather than looking at you like you stole something! I will NEVER shop here again.

I can't find a place to review tillys online entity, so I will be doing it here.

A couple days ago I ordered a pair of oakleys for my husband online, I then found a nicer pair that he wanted from a different website and cancelled my order SUCCESSFULLY with someone from their chat. I received my cancellation email and was set.

UNTIL THIS MORNING. I woke up to an email stating my item has been shipped. So now I'm out 96$ and have to wait for this item to come to even return it. Not to mention I spent over 10 minutes on hold with someone to forward me to their supervisor, she didn't even give me her name, and all she said was she emailed me a complimentary "return label" (which come to find out I am being charged 7$ for).

This is completely horrible customer service and I'm extremely disappointed in this company.
