I had a wonderful experience at Tiffany & Co. The moment I stepped inside, I was surrounded by beauty and timeless elegance. The layout made it easy to explore. While the piece I wanted wasn’t on display, it was quickly located, making the visit smooth, peaceful and enjoyable.

I have always dreamt of shopping on Rodeo. I enjoyed purchasing my keepsakes here. It was a luxurious experience from beginning to end! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Unreal. We were shopping for earrings for my wife, and the only person who acknowledged us was the security guard at the door. The sales staff were too busy chatting among themselves and didn’t approach us at all — I had to directly ask for assistance. Even then, it felt like we were an inconvenience. We ended up making our purchase at Bvlgari instead. Please take a look at the video footage.

Super disappointed. I just gave birth and have a newborn at home. I missed the return window by a few weeks, but as any mother knows, it’s not easy leaving the house with a new baby. Was looking to EXCHANGE a baby brush gift for a more expensive item and the manager, Claire, wouldn’t allow it. I’m all for rules but have a hard time supporting a business that has no compassion for new mothers. So instead of buying something more expensive with my credit at Tiffany’s, I will take my business elsewhere to companies that do support mothers.

Omg 😳 I love Tiffany’s BUT I walked into the store about the same time as another lady, I approached the counter 1st. Two ladies were there working. One greeted the other lady I walked in with & left me standing there for a good 2-5 minutes before acknowledging me! Omg 😳 really #tiffanys we were there filming & I was sent in there to buy a piece of jewelry! Instead I asked for a lil shopping bag in which they said no! It’s all good! You never know who a person is. I really felt judged there! Not a great experience! I still took pictures because it’s “TIFFANY’s”

A great experience beginning to end. From the moment we walked through the door, the guy was very helpful, guiding us to the sales person. Alice Zhang the client advisor was very friendly with a big smile a nice conversation and a lot of patience. With her guidance I bought a great bracelet that I’m in love with. There was a young tall guy in training (I’m sorry I forgot his name) he was ultra nice communicative and we had a very nice chat and experience with him. I will look forward to my next purchases for Christmas from Tiffany in Beverly Hills. Your service is outstanding, and Tiffany is the star with the help of associates like Alice, and the young men. Always stop in to check out Tiffany when we travel. The Beverly Hills Tiffany is by far the best. The staff is very polite and welcoming.

Nathan welcomed us in and immediately showed us what we were looking for. He helped me pick a couple of pieces for future purchases. We will definitely be working with him in the future! He gave us some dinner and sightseeing ideas. Which, we tried and made our trip!
