Best place for groceries or an afternoon lunch or dessert. Genbu, makes the most decadent ice cream experience for your taste buds wrapped in a freshly pressed waffle made to order. Next door is Korea Mart with a fine fish selection and bulk rice. My next big purchase will be a rice cooker. The BBQ joint, I haven't had the privilege of trying out yet but have been wanting to with all the smells of tasty meats wafting from their doors. It smells so goooooood. I'm hungry now.

Had sushi at the Crazy Crab & Sushi restaurant in the plaza. Whomever owns the plaza is taking positive steps to bring back life to once desolate plaza. While it's primarily Korean tailored, it's obvious that a massage place, coffee shop, Korean market, 1-800-Flower business (which is currently hiring drivers if you're looking for a job) are steps in the right direction to check out. As for the Crazy Crab & Sushi, the food was very good, the prices were comparable to other Sushi establishments or lower, prompt table service, and a nice menu selection. I would definitely go back.

Promising. It looks like it is going to be our Korean market center. They have a grocery store inside the place which is open and decently priced. There are a few small businesses open along with a Korean BBQ I want to try and a tea and boba shop that has friendly staff.

I love korea mart! I havent been anywhere else in the plaza aside from Mr. Boba and they are great depending on who is working. There at 2 poke stops and 2 gyms here, too.

Just started to build out as a Korean strip mall. Have tried the Sushi and Crab resturant and its good. The new fascades are nice and hope the place brings more traffic to the area.

Go to Saigon Jade for THE BEST pho in Mesa. The broth is made in house without ANY powderd flavor additives or enhancers.

On my first visit I asked for a sample of their broth prior to ordering, the smell hit me in the nose and I was ready to order before I even tasted it!!!! Ask Koi how they make it and prepare to have your mind blown. The prices are right, the portions are more than enough, and the quality is second to none!!! Just be warned.... No other pho restaurant can compare nor will it satisfy your craving.

Encompasses A Cul-de-sac Of Asian Eateries And Entertainment. All Characters Are Welcome. Haven't Had Any Bad Services Within These Shopping Center Walls. This LZ Is Becoming A Hotspot For The Surrounding Region. The Area Is Booming, So Grab A Building And Make Some Noise.

The plaza is slowing going away. Korean Mart is closing soon. Many shops are closed in this strip mall. Parking lot asphalt is breaking up. Sad.
