The store itself is fine; great, even! Clean, well stocked, good variety, nice burritos and surprisingly good coffee.

However, one of the staff is so bizarrely hostile, I’ve gotten to where I avoid going there whenever possible. It’s the woman who is almost always wearing tie dye. Even worse, I’ve heard she’s some level of manager. Yiiiikes!! I feel bad for the rest of the staff; if she treats them even a fraction as nastily as she goes out of her way to treat her customers, that would be reprehensible.

The rest of the staff is great, but she is unbelievably rude, impatient, and all around unpleasant to the point that you’d think that driving away customers was her actual job description. If they moved her to something that was not customer facing? Five stars, easy. But as long as you can expect to be treated like dirt if and when you have the misfortune to encounter her on shift? Yeah, no thanks. I’d rather go a couple of blocks either direction and not deal with being treated like the scum of the earth for walking in the door to give them money, and I absolutely suggest you do the same.
