The worst ever. Not only did the owner Lisa have diarrhea of the mouth, not allowing me to even ask pertinate questions in regards to consigning items as she rambled on and on, she then told me that she would request a copy of my driver's license as people in my line of work are known to take things that do not belong to them. NEVER in my life have I been treated so poorly. I then called Vero friends about it and they told me that they would never use them due to being previously treated poorly. I also asked another clothing consignment shop if they had heard anything about how people were being treated and yes, they had heard the same. I called her later in regards to the bad treatment and again the diarrhea mouth started with raised voice talking over me and saying "listen lady" bla, bla, bla and hanging up on me. Terrible, terrible treatment and I will be passing my experience on to others.

Lisa whom I believe is the owner, was extremely rude, as I was trying to consign my clothes @ Threads. They were all “ name brand” labels she carries, clean, on hangers Dresses from casual to formal. I was dressed in Jean shorts & raincoat, yes it was pouring out! I was treated like Julia Robert’s in Pretty Woman, when she’s snubbed in Beverly Hills, attempting to shop!
Lisa this is Vero not 90210! Never did she say hello, thank you or heaven forbid smile. Horrible customer service. If I could give a zero star rating I would!

I came here to shop and left without spending anything. I walked in and was greeted and then when asked if I needed help with finding anything I said “I’m really unsure of my size” and the employee said “oh okay” and walked away.

I approached her later and asked if she had any high waisted straight or flair pants she brought me over to the pants section and said “you can look through here all the different type of pants are mixed in”.

She had zero knowledge of the clothes she was selling. Left really disappointed because it seemed like there were some good clothes but the lady did not seem interested in helping or making a sale.
