Dude, the people working here have known my family for years, and they just saved us a lot of hassle this holiday season by returning my mother's credit card after her grandson lost it and just kept insisting "it was in his wallet and he didn't know where it went". Turns out he dropped it on the ground on the way out the door, cashier noticed but grandson had already left. My mom called up the location on a hunch and asked if it was there, they said they were so glad she called cuz they didn't have her number to call her but knew it was her card. She then went on over to get it. Super helpful and genuinely nice people, served my family great over the years and this time they just saved our bacon big time.

Of all the Chevron stations in Chico, this one easily wins the best customer service award. It's not even close. Always ready to assist you with what you need & usually very friendly.

The absolute cleanest gas station l have ever been at. There is always multiple people working here who wear clean uniforms and are always sweeping and mopping the bathrooms. It is worth stopping here if you are on 99, too.
Love the car wash. Cheapest is $3. I can use my company fleet card too. Just have to hit the star button after putting in your code and mileage. The one dollar car vacuum lasts forever. I worked up a sweat.
Exiting is safe and easy because it has a light for the Connors intersection

My husband and I stopped here to wash our hands and use the bathroom and as I'm sure most married people do we went in together... Not even 2 mins go by and the clerk pounds on the door saying only 1 person allowed at a time .. Why is that? Why can you tell me who to be in the bathroom with and who not to? This makes me upset that because drug users go into the bathroom and do God knows what, we get punished and yelled at. How embarrassing.

Having worked several years in the fuel service industry, I'm surprised to say "wish I had been working here!" The store itself is small, but it has all your basic needs covered, with a staff of happy and professional employees.

Best part of course is the free car was with the purchase of 8 gallons. Hard to pass that up. Just be ready for a line at the car wash if you show up at rush hour!

I always go here, best gas, seems to stretch the MPG in my truck. They have free air, always ready to go, no waiting on the compressor to build. Clean, courteous, and wide gas lanes for easy pull up. Best gas station in Chico.
