My mother passed away and as her successor trustee I was faced with needing to accomplish quite a few tasks in as short a time frame as possible. One of the larger issues to resolve was the need to sell her property in Crestline CA. I do not live in CA so it was important to find the best real estate broker in the area. I engaged three agents from different brokerages to provide an evaluation of the property value and local market conditions. Of the three Seller Reports received, Theresa Grant's report stood out as the most comprehensive.

Theresa's professionalism throughout the engagement was outstanding. She presented a no nonsense approach to determining the right listing price, and created a marketing plan that proved to be very successful. In addition, Theresa provided me with an Escrow Company that went out of their way to assist me with an unusual error found in the title of my mom's property. The escrow agent assigned to this transaction went far beyond what was necessary to clean up the title in a very short period of time. We closed escrow earlier than expected only because of the professional resources Theresa provided.
