Update
I am now giving 5 starts because they contacted me after I sent an email to them. They were so sorry to what happened and they refunded me all the money. Huge respect to their customer service for giving priority for their customers.

Be very careful when you are paying from international currency. This happened to me yesterday (09/10/2023) around 1.55 pm. There was a guy in the counter. I asked him whether I can pay with Euro. He said yes and I brough two food items for around 6 euros. I gave him 20 euro bill, but when he gave me change for only 10 euros. I couldn't understand it at that time since he gave me change by Norwegian Krones, not by euros. And in the bill which attached here also he indicated that I only gave him 10 euros. For sure, he put my 10 euros to his pocket. When I realised this I was already crossed the security checking and I couldn't go back unless I exit from the airport and go there again. He is so cunning that he didn't even wanted to give me the bill. Clearly this is not the first time e has done something like that. So be very careful. I couldn't believe people are scamming others for food. So shame. Why a company like WHSmith employees these 3rd class people. I will send the proper complain to them and I will update here how they will respond.

One of the worst experiences of my life. I had been vomiting really bad after eating 2 burek for lunch, and I had to take a plane, so imagine. They should be closed.

Kjøpte baguette og vann, og måtte betale 21 kr mer fordi jeg ikke hadde snack. Ble heller ikke opplyst om dette, fikk bare beskjed om at det var dyrere pga jeg ikke hadde snack.

Entré por un chocolate y un rol de canela. En sabor, ambos estaban muy buenos, sobretodo el rollo, estaba fresco, crujiente y de muy buen sabor. Tome un vaso pequeño para el chocolate, cuando se estaba llenando, hizo espuma y cuando lo iba a beber, se sentía vacío y el vaso. Le pregunté a una señora si estaba bien el tamaño del chocolate, me respondió que si, le dije que pagaría otro para que se llenara el vaso, me dijo que lo llenara, le acepté su invitación. Para no desperdiciar, solo llené un poco el vaso y detuve la máquina.
