I’ve spent a good bit of money at Willow Tree over the last couple of years but they lost my business recently. They have started catering to a “higher income” bracket, offering higher priced items than they used to. I’m not paying $150 or more for one blouse or pair of pants. So I now shop more affordable boutiques, and ones where I earn rewards for shopping.

Stopped by on Saturday because I haven’t been in a while. I just got off work and still had my uniform on, no makeup on, hair pulled back and NO ONE took the time to even say hi. I did get looks and side eyed across the store. I just wanted something to wear on my birthday.

The first time I started shopping there (years ago)I had to go in and speak and ask for help and eventually the ladies warmed up to me and became friendly. I haven’t been in a while and I just don’t have the time or energy to make them acknowledge me.

I absolutely love The Willow Tree! They have the kindest and most outgoing staff, and they always make everyone feel so welcomed each shopping visit. They have an amazing selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories, and they are always getting in new items. If your size is not available, they always will call the other Willow Tree locations and try and locate your size. They always provide such wonderful customer service, which is one reason I keep going back in to shop. Thank you Willow Tree ladies! -Cam

Love love LOVE this boutique. I was a little disappointed in the lack of in store product when I had the chance to personally go into the store while visiting alabama, so shopping online is the way to go. Lots of giveaways, lives, and amazing quality boutique products.
